Processing & Shipping:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and delivery location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Order Issues:
If there is a problem with your order, please email photos and a description of the issue to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your package. This helps us resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.
Returns:
Returns are accepted at the buyer’s expense unless the item is grossly misrepresented or arrives damaged.
If an item is determined to have been misrepresented or arrives broken, we will work with you to provide a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
Returned items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
